What is Just Cause 3?

Just Cause 3 is the long-awaited third-generation of Just Cause: an action-adventure video game set in an open world environment. Just Cause games are developed by Avalanche Studios, published by Eidos Interactive and distributed by Square Enix. The most recent game - Just Cause 2 - was released as far back as 23 March 2010. Just Cause 3 UK release date: When is Just Cause 3 coming out?

Just Cause 3 is expected to arrive in summer 2015. In November 2013 Avalanche Studios boss Christofer Sundberg let slip on his LinkedIn profile that Just Cause 3 would launch in Summer 2015. Once the furore built up he removed the info, but it was there. There's more detail on VGLeaks.

Sundberg has revealed that a Just Cause 3 trailer is on its way very soon, though, suggesting good progress is being made on the game. On 4 February, he tweeted:

Soooo... #JustCause3 trailer? Yes! We're working on it and the date is very SOON (like in weeks) I promise. #AvalancheStudios

Preorder Just Cause 3

Amazon UK is now accepting preorders for Just Cause 3, on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but we'd recommend waiting because collectors editions and pre-order bonuses may arrive nearer the release date and we wouldn't want you to miss out!

Just Cause 3 UK price: How much will Just Cause 3 cost?
