Rejoice, Jurassic Park fans – when Jurassic World comes to cinemas in June, it’ll be released alongside a LEGO Jurassic World game! Announced on 4th February, it seems that Traveller’s Tales, the British based game developer is back with another LEGO classic to add to its collection. TT, who also created The LEGO Movie videogame, LEGO Marvel Super Heroes and the LEGO Batman trilogy have used their classic LEGO humour to create a Jurassic Park experience unlike any before. –Cue flashback to Jurassic Park on Super NES–

Jurassic World Game: Trailer
Although relatively short, the Jurassic World Game trailer will get you excited and make you chuckle;
Jurassic World Game: Features
Gamers that have experienced TT Games’ LEGO magic before will be excited to hear that you don’t get just one but ALL FOUR Jurassic adventures to experience – Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park III AND Jurassic World. You’ll get the chance to relive scenes and action sequences from each film, reimagined with LEGO.
An interesting feature of Jurassic World is that you get to be the dinosaurs. How cool is that? Over 20 dinosaurs are said to be included, from the deadly Raptor to the friendly Triceratops, there’s a LEGO crushing monster for everyone. But wait, there’s more – as well as being able to be a dinosaur, you can create your own! Throughout the game, you’ll be able to collect LEGO amber to be able to tamper with your dino DNA, leading to completely original dinosaurs. You can then store them in special enclosures, which are unlocked when you complete special Free Play missions.
It’s also open world – something we’ve come to expect and love in recent LEGO games. You get to explore the expansive grounds of both Isla Nublar and Isla Sorna, each with side missions and collectables dotted around for hours of gameplay. You’ll be a regular John Hammond by the time you’re done playing!
The great thing about LEGO and the games that TT creates is that it’s for kids and adults alike – and what better way to play with a younger cousin than using the drop in, drop out co-op. For those not familiar with the concept, the game allows friends and family to jump into the game at any point, locally. There’s no word regarding an online co-op, but as it hasn’t happened in any other LEGO game, we’re not holding our breath. The co-op option, first introduced in LEGO Star Wars: The Original Trilogy makes gameplay a lot more sociable and enjoyable (especially when you hit your partner and see them collapse into a pile of LEGO pieces).
